Title: Enable / Disable Work Offline in Outlook
Problem: Connection to the Email Server may hang at certain times. A reconnection may be required to resume sending and receiving of email messages.
Solution:

Go to Send / Receive tab in Outlook

Enable Work Offline.
- Work Offline should be darker if enabled.

Disable Work Offline.
- Verify sending and receiving email messages is working.
Notes:
- Reboot or closing Outlook is not required
