Title: Sending from another mailbox using Outlook or OWA
Problem: There will be times when a user will need to send from another mailbox. This will describe how to send from another mailbox using Outlook or OWA.
Solution:

OUTLOOK
- Compose a new message. Select Options > From. FROM field will appear with your default email.
- Select From > Other E-mail Address…
- Type the email address of the mailbox to send from and select OK.
- The mailbox that will be used to send from will display.
- Compose the message and send when complete.

OWA
- Compose a new message. Click on ellipsis > Show From.

- Right-click on your default email and select Remove.
- Type the email address of the mailbox to send from and press Enter.
- The email to be used to send out will be displayed. Compose the message and send when complete.
Notes:
- Appropriate permissions must be assigned to be able to use another mailbox to send emails.
- Sent emails will be in the Sender’s Sent Box rather than the From Address sent mailbox.
