Title:  IP Address Not Recognized by CreditPlus

 

Problem:  CreditPlus checks your IP.  When using a new connection, your IP may change and you may receive an error that CreditPlus is not accessible from IP Address.  The error will look like below:

                   

 

Solution:

  1. Log in to CreditPlus via Website and check box to register your computer/network
