Problem:  Voicemail Settings can be changed by Vonage users.  Below are steps how to change your Vonage Vonage Settings.

 

Solution:

  1. Log into your Vonage account using the application
  2. Click on your Name and Settings
  3. Select Voicemail
  4. Change settings as desired
