Title: Adobe Sign Activation
Problem: In order to use Adobe Sign you need to accept an invite, sign out and back in to Adobe Acrobat DC.
- You will receive an email from Adobe that looks like the image below
- Click the highlighted link
- There is another possible email that you could get. Instead of Accept Invitation it will say Archive. Click Archive and follow the below steps.
- Once you click that link the Adobe webpage will pop up for you to sign into
- Once signed in you should see this message at the top of the screen
- After Adobe Sign is activated you will have to sign out and back into Adobe Acrobat DC
- Go to the start menu located in the lower left-hand corner of your desktop
- Locate and open Adobe Acrobat DC
- In the upper right-hand corner of the application click the circle which will expand and allow you to click Sign Out
- Another window will pop up Click Sign out again
- Adobe will close. You will have to reopen it where it will prompt you to sign back in
- Once signed back in you will have access to Adobe Sign features.
