Title: Adobe Sign Activation

Problem: In order to use Adobe Sign you need to accept an invite, sign out and back in to Adobe Acrobat DC.

 

  1. You will receive an email from Adobe that looks like the image below
  1. Click the highlighted link

  1. There is another possible email that you could get. Instead of Accept Invitation it will say Archive. Click Archive and follow the below steps.

 

  1. Once you click that link the Adobe webpage will pop up for you to sign into

  1. Once signed in you should see this message at the top of the screen

  1. After Adobe Sign is activated you will have to sign out and back into Adobe Acrobat DC
  1. Go to the start menu located in the lower left-hand corner of your desktop

 

  1. Locate and open Adobe Acrobat DC

  1. In the upper right-hand corner of the application click the circle which will expand and allow you to click Sign Out

 

  1. Another window will pop up Click Sign out again

  1. Adobe will close. You will have to reopen it where it will prompt you to sign back in

  1. Once signed back in you will have access to Adobe Sign features.
