Resolution Process
- Adjust adobe settings as required. These requirements can be found on the Article: Adobe Settings.
- Navigate to the following registry location: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers
- Search for the Registry Editor and run as an Admin
- HKCU is HKEY_CURRENT_USER
- In most cases, there are one or more values referencing (ending) in encompass.exe and these will need to be deleted.
- After doing so, run Remove UAC just to be safe. I've found that it is not always needed but more often than not it is.
- Once the above steps are complete the user should be able to log back in to Encompass and run Mavent and preview docs without issue.
