Problem: Need to setup Outlook on your iPhone or Android

Solution:

1. Download the Outlook app from the Google Play Store or iOS App Store.

2. Open Outlook and Tap ADD ACCOUNT

3. Enter your Homespire email address and Tap CONTINUE

4. Enter in your password

5. Approve the sign-in

6. Tap MAYBE LATER

7. You have successfully added your Homespire email to your mobile device

 

Note:

Microsoft Multi Factor Authentication needs to setup before email be linked to a mobile device
