Problem: You need to access a Microsoft Office application such as Outlook
Solution:
1. Go to Office 365 Portal
2. If prompted to log in and complete the authentication process
3. In the upper left-hand corner click the checker box circled in yellow
4. Click which ever Office application you need to use, and it will open in a new window
