Problem: Forgot your o365 password
Solution:
1. Go to the following link https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
2. Enter your email address and characters that you see in the CAPTCHA
3. The Authenticator app will have a code for you to enter or you will have the option to receive a code via text message
4. Your password has been reset
5. You may receive this screen at some point. Click Done to continue
Note:
You will need to enter the new password for Office apps on your computer and phone
Login to the NetExtender (VPN) to change the password of the computer (only applies if computer is on the domain)
