Title: Updating Address List
Problem: You are not able to see newly created email addresses or distribution groups in Outlook Address Book
Solution:
1. In Outlook go to Send/Receive tab at the top
2. Click Send/Receive Groups
3. Click Download Address Book…
4. Click OK
5. This window will pop up
6. Once the pop up goes away your Offline Global Address List will be updated

Update may take a few minutes to complete
