Title: Email Setup for iPhone

Problem: Need to setup email on an iPhone

Solution:

1. Go to your iPhone or iPad's Settings > scroll down and tap Mail > then tap on Accounts > following this to Add Account.



2. Select Microsoft Exchange.



3.Enter your Homespire Mortgage email address and a description of your account. Tap Next.



 

4. Proceed to enter your Password.


5. You will be asked to approve the Sign-in Request from your Authenticator app.




6. Choose the services you want to sync with your iOS device and tap Save.



 

Note:


Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication needs to be setup before email can be linked to a mobile device.
