Title: Camera isn’t Working

Problem: Your camera isn’t working for applications like Vonage, Teams, Zoom, etc

Solution: Below you will find solutions for both Windows and Mac OS

Windows:

1. Open Settings

2. Under Privacy, select Camera

3. Make sure the setting for Camera access for this device is turned On 

4. If the setting is already turned on, turn the setting off then back on again

5. Close all apps and restart your device

6. Check your drivers

Mac OS:

1. If you are still having trouble with your camera, here is another solution to try:

2. Check your app permissions

3. You might need to change one of your device permissions.

4. Open System Preferences

5. Select Security & Privacy 

6. Under Privacy, choose Camera on the left

7. Make sure Microsoft Teams is selected

8. Close all apps and restart your device
