Problem: You need to download Microsoft Teams on your Mobile Device

Solution:

1. Go to your Google Play Store or IOS App Store and search for Microsoft Teams

2. Install/Get the Teams app

3. Once installed open the Teams app and Enter in your Homespire Mortgage email address and tap Sign in

4. Enter your Homespire Mortgage password and tap Sign in

5. You will be asked to Authenticate the Login

6. You are all set, you will see all your Teams and Chats

Your Multi-Factual Authentication will either be a notification on your phone, 6 digit code from the Microsoft Authenticator on your phone or a text message with a code to enter
