Title:  Teams – Profile Picture Upload

 

Problem:  How to upload your own profile picture on your Teams account.

 

Solution:

  1. Begin by clicking on your “Initials” at the top right corner of your Teams window (this is circled in orange below). 
    1. Proceed to click on the Camera Icon circled in red.


 

 

 

  1. Then click on upload picture.
    1. Take notice of the message “It’ll be updated for all of your Microsoft 365 apps”. For more info proceed to the bottom of this KB.


 

 

  1. After selecting your desired image, click on “Save” and you’re all set.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Notes: 

  • Uploading an image on Teams would also affect the Outlook profile picture, as well as the picture on O365 Portal.
  • WARNING: you can only upload images under 4mb.
