Title: Teams Spotlight Presenting
Problem: You need to be the main focus of everyone during a Teams Meeting
Solution:
1. While in a meeting right click your video window (should be in the lower right-hand corner)
2. Select Spotlight for everyone
3. Click Spotlight for everyone again
4. When you’re spotlighted you will see this message at the top of your Teams
5. Click Exit spotlight to return to normal view for everyone
Note:
Within the meeting options, you can restrict the use of Spotlight by changing the Who can present? from Everyone to Specific people or Only me
