How to Resolve Encompass Issue

  • Access user’s computer through RMM
  • Delete the Taskbar shortcut for Encompass, if applicable
  • Open Encompass via the Start Menu to run the update and open the application
  • After the update has completed, have the user login to Encompass
  • Once fully logged in, close the application
  • Open the Start Menu and search for Encompass and Click Pin to Taskbar
  • Open Encompass from the new Taskbar shortcut
