If a user receives the following error while upgrading Encompass, please perform the following steps:

How to Resolve Encompass Issue
- Access user’s computer through RMM
- Delete the Taskbar shortcut for Encompass, if applicable
- Open Encompass via the Start Menu to run the update and open the application
- After the update has completed, have the user login to Encompass
- Once fully logged in, close the application
- Open the Start Menu and search for Encompass and Click Pin to Taskbar
- Open Encompass from the new Taskbar shortcut
