Title:  Delete Signatures in Outlook for MAC

 

Problem:  Existing signatures on Outlook for MAC will need to be deleted before Exclaimer Cloud is implemented

 

Solution:

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click Outlook in the Top-Left Corner of the Window
  3. Click Preferences
  4. In the Email section, Click Signatures
  5. Click on the name of the signature on the left
  6. Click on the “-“ button below the list of signatures
  7. Click Delete

 

Notes: 

  • Please repeat steps 5-7 for all of your signatures in Outlook.
