Title:  Delete Signatures in Outlook for Windows

 

Problem:  Existing signatures on Outlook for Windows will need to be deleted before Exclaimer Cloud is implemented

 

Solution:

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click File in the Top-Left Corner of the Window
  3. Click Options in the Bottom-Left
  4. Click Mail
  5. Click the Signatures button on the right side of the window
  6. Click on the name of the signature on the left
  7. Click Delete
     

Notes: 

  • Please repeat steps 6 and 7 for all your signatures listed in Outlook.
