Solution:


1. Sign out of Teams by clicking the Profile Cycle Highlighted below

2. Then select Sign out

3. Click the Windows button on the taskbar and type Task. Then select Task Manager

4. On the Task Manager find and click Microsoft Teams. Then click End task

5. Open Teams back and select your homespiremortgage.com account to log back in

6. For mobile devices within the Teams app tap on your logo at the top and tap settings. Tap Sign out.
