Title: Open encrypted emails on mobile devices
Problem: You have received an Encrypted email from Homespire Mortgage and need to know how to open it on your mail iOS or Gmail app.
Solution:
1. From your mail app, tap on “Open secure message”. This will take you to our ‘Homespire Mortgage Portal’ on a separate web browser.
2. From the webpage, tap on “Sign in with a One-time passcode”.
3. You will receive an email from Microsoft Office 365 Message Encryption. Return to your mail app and open that message to retrieve your one-time passcode.
4. Copy the passcode.
5. We recommend that you enable “This is a private computer. Keep me signed in for 12 hours”.
a. Paste the passcode.
b. Tap on the arrow.

- For mobile apps, make sure to open using your native browser.
