Title:  Number Matching - Microsoft Authenticator App

 

Problem:  You need to authenticate using the Microsoft Authenticator App.

 

Solution:



1. After signing into your Homespire Mortgage Microsoft account, the following screen is displayed.

a. The number above is used as an example.


 2. To approve the sign-in, you will have to match the number on your Authenticator app. 

 


 b. The following image is from a mobile device using the Authenticator app. This screen should pop-up in your app.

 3. After entering the unique number shown on your screen, you will be signed in.
