4-Step Guide to Uploading Docs through the Web Dashboard 


Step 1: Borrower logs in to the web dashboard using their email and password they chose. Borrowers can request a new password from login page (loan officers can also reset password for borrowers).




Step 2: Borrower scrolls down to their “My Checklist” section of their dashboard. Documents already received/requested will be shown. Borrowers will also see an option to “Add new document” which they will use to upload documents.




Step 3: Clicking “Add new document” will trigger a popup window allowing borrowers to choose a file to upload or drag and drop.




Step 4: Once the proper document has been located or moved the borrower will click “Upload” to complete the process. Page will refresh and new document will be in the checklist. Borrowers can then add additional documents if needed.
