How To Switch Loans in HomespireGo


Issue: When a borrower has multiple loan files, and the incorrect file is showing in HomespireGo the borrower will need to manually switch to the correct loan file. This is due to HMCGo automatically defaulting to the most recent loan file.



Steps to Switch Loans


1. Once the borrower has signed into the mobile app they first need to click on the “hamburger icon” on the top left of the screen on their mobile device.




2. Once they click on the “hamburger icon” they will then see the option to switch the default loan file on the mobile app. The borrower will then click on “Switch Loan”.



3. After clicking on “Switch Loan” the borrower will then be able to scroll and select the correct loan file they are needing to work with. Once this is completed the new loan file will automatically be selected when they log in to the mobile app going forward.
