How to reset your HomespireGO password
Overview
This guide will go over how to reset your HomespireGO account password.
Instructions
1. From the log in page:
a. https://myloan.homespiremortgage.com/login.
b. Click on “Need Help”.
2. This will bring up another page where you will see your email address that was used to created your HomespireGO account.
a. Click “Next”.
3. This will bring you to the page where you can choose how you would like to receive the verification code.
a. This could have your email address or your email address and your phone number or just your phone number as options.
Choose how you would like to receive the code.
b. Click “Send Code”.
4. You will receive an email with a code from Support@simplenexus.com.
5. Input the code from the email or text into the log in screen.
a. Click “remember me for two weeks”
b. Click on “Verify code”.
6. You can choose from here to either “Continue” or “reset your password”.
a. If you choose “Continue” the system will take you straight into your HomespireGO account.
b. If you choose to “reset your password” the system will take you to reset your password.
7. “Reset your password”.
a. Input your new password.
b. Confirm your new password.
c. Click Save.
8. You can also reach out to your Loan officer and they can send out a password reset email to you.
