How To Run LPA System to System



Overview


Freddie Mac’s Loan Product Advisor for ePass has been retired and is no longer supported. Moving forward, use the Freddie Mac’s Loan Product Advisor System to System. Below are instructions for first time use. If for some reason Freddie Mac’s Loan Product Advisor for ePass must be used, please contact Quentin Neuber. For any other questions or issues, please contact Encompass Support.



Instructions



1. Open the loan and select Request Underwriting from the Services tab.




2. If Freddie Mac’s Loan Product Advisor System to System is already on the My Providers tab, skip to step #4. If Freddie Mac’s Loan Product Advisor System to System is not on the My Providers tab, click on the All Providers tab and type in Freddie Mac in the search bar, click Go. Select Freddie Mac’s Loan Product Advisor System to System from the list and click Add to My List.




3. On the My Providers tab, single click Freddie Mac’s Loan Product Advisor System to System so that it is highlighted blue and click Submit.


       a. If Freddie Mac’s Loan Product Advisor for ePass is on the My Providers tab, go ahead and remove by selecting and clicking Remove from My List.




4. Select the middle options to pass a reference number from a previously ordered tri-merged credit report. It is extremely important to select this option.





5. In the order window, user credentials will be populated in the upper left-hand corner. If they are not present, stop and contact Encompass Support.





6. In the order window, navigate to the Credit Provider section. Select Equifax Mortgage Solutions (5) from the list. Then, select Credit Plus, Inc. MD. Finally, enter the borrower’s credit reference number in the text box beneath Credit Reference. Click Submit at the bottom.




7. If an error pops up regarding the ability to edit or modify, clear out the LP Key Number and Loan Prospector ID at the bottom of the order window.
