Title: How to Unblock a Sender in Outlook
Problem: I would like to unblock a sender that I have blocked previously.
Solution:
1. In your email inbox, locate the Junk option.
a. To see this option, it is important to have the Outlook menu fully expanded. This can be done on the top right of your screen.
2. Click on Junk Email Options.
3. On the blocked senders tab, remove the email that you would no longer liked to be blocked.
4. Emails from an unlocked sender may be stuck in quarantine. Quarantined emails can be viewed at https://security.microsoft.com
a. Once you have logged into Microsoft’s security website, click Review under Email & collaboration.

Notes:
- The email that is released in quarantine may end up in the Junk folder of your inbox.
