Step 1: Log in using your previously created username and password.
*Tip: Your username is your email address.
Step 2: Once logged in you will see where your disclosures need to be eSigned.
• This will show under Incomplete.
• Click on the task for Disclosures that says “Needs to be e-signed”
Step 4: This will bring you to the DocuSign page where you will start eSigning your disclosures.
• Click Allow
• Click in the box “I agree to use electronic records and signatures”
• Click Continue
• Click Start
• The system will prompt you to adopt a signature.
• Click on the Sign tabs until complete.
• Click Finish in the top right corner.
Congratulations! You have completed signing your disclosures.
