Fixing Adobe's Font Issue When Printing PDFs from Outlook
Problem: Adobe can't find the "font" and defaults to "font", but still fails to print the PDF.
Solution:
  1. Open the Document
    • Open the document or publisher file you want to convert into a PDF.
  2. Access Print Settings
    • Go to File > Print.
    • Instead of proceeding with printing, click on "printer settings".
  3. Adjust Adobe Printer Settings
    • Locate "Adobe Printer Settings".
    • Uncheck the option that says "Rely on system fonts only; do not use document fonts".
  4. Print the Document
    • After adjusting the settings, print the document or publisher file.
    • It should now print successfully without any font issues.
