Fixing Adobe's Font Issue When Printing PDFs from Outlook
Problem: Adobe can't find the "font" and defaults to "font", but still fails to print the PDF.
Solution:
- 
Open the Document- Open the document or publisher file you want to convert into a PDF.
 
- 
Access Print Settings- Go to File>Print.
- Instead of proceeding with printing, click on "printer settings".
 
- Go to

Adjust Adobe Printer Settings- Locate "Adobe Printer Settings".
- Uncheck the option that says "Rely on system fonts only; do not use document fonts".
 
- 
Print the Document- After adjusting the settings, print the document or publisher file.
- It should now print successfully without any font issues.
